No. Credits (tokens) provided each month with a subscription plan can only be used during that billing cycle. Any remaining credits expire when the billing cycle ends and do not roll over to the next month or billing cycle.

Subscription: You can request a full refund only within 3 days of the subscription payment.
Credits: Unused credits purchased with payment are refundable. If any messages are still being processed when you request a refund, the corresponding amount will be deducted before the final refund is determined.
